LaTanya is a visionary leader, and author driven by a deep sense of purpose. As the founder of Bridesheart Communications, uses her wisdom, purpose, 40 year career experience, and practical leadership insight, to equip both individuals and organizations to grow with intention, create meaningful change, lead with impact, and achieve lasting success. She is a dedicated community force who believes everyone has the power to achieve greatness.

Meet Wanda

Rev. Duckett is a poet, minister, coach, and facilitator with 18 years of pastoral leadership, including a role as Baltimore Metropolitan District Superintendent. As a seasoned Elder in the Baltimore Washington Conference, she now focuses on coaching, preaching, and writing through her organization, Spoken by Duckett. Guided by Romans 8:28, she believes that "all things work together for good."

An accomplished musician, playwright, and facilitator, Joe leverages the power of storytelling and song to inspire and educate. With a diverse background in both the federal government and faith-based organizations, he specializes in "edutainment" that blends comedy with deep personal insight. An experienced instructor and creator, he is dedicated to bettering lives and serving as a vessel for positive change. Joe brings this passion for empowerment and connection to his role as Master of Ceremonies and Moderator.
